Brazil Launched Anti-dumping Investigations Against Pre-sensitized Aluminum Plates for Off-set Printing Originated in China

Recently, the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade of Brazil has released an announcement that the Brazilian government has, upon application of the Brazilian IBF company, launched anti-dumping investigations against pre-sensitized aluminum plates for off-set printing originated in China, the U.S., Hong Kong and Taiwan of China, and the EU. Tax numbers of the products involved are 3701.3021 and 3701.3031. The investigation period is from October 2012 to September 2013. The investigation authority selects Canada as the surrogate country to calculate the normal value of China's products involved in this case and the dumping margin is calculated to be about 39.3%.
