The exchange settlement documents shall refer to various vouchers and certificates used for payment with the currencies during the international trade settlement. So, it is a must-be document for import and export. After the export cargo is shipped, the exporter shall accurately work out various documents (e.g. packing list, invoice, bill of lading, insurance policy and certificate of origin, etc.) according to the contract or L/C. Such documents shall be delivered to the bank for negotiation and settlement with the effective period as specified by L/C, so as to complete the effective export mission. Besides the settlement of exchange via L/C, other ways thereof shall include M/T, T/T, D/D, D/P, DA, settlement after shipping and settlement before shipping, etc.
