Inspection and Quarantine Flow for Various Types of Entry-Exit Commodities

 I. Acceptance of Inspection Application and Issuance of Certificate

Service upon arrival in working days, and pre-appointed service in holidays; inspection certificate will be issued within 1 hour upon    completion of inspection and quarantine work. 
 

(I) Export inspection flow: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. testing; 3. Issuing certificate.

(II) Import inspection flow: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. testing; 3. Issuing certificate.
 

Inspection flow: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. Regular testing items; 4. Physical and chemical testing items; 5. Outcome of testing; 6. Issuing certificate.
 

(I) Flow process and time limit: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Visual inspection; 3. Physical and chemical properties testing; 4. Issuing certificate.

(II) Packaging properties and use appraisal shall follow the requirements of General Administration of Quality Supervision，Inspection and Quarantine of the People’s Republic of China (AQSIQ) and make reference to this specification.

V. Inspection on Mineral Products

(I) Export inspection flow and time limit: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. Physical and chemical properties testing.

(II) Import inspection flow and time limit: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. Physical and chemical properties testing.

 

(I) Exit quarantine flow: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. Site inspection and quarantine; 4. Laboratory testing; 5. Issuing certificate.

(II) Entry quarantine flow: 1. Acceptance of inspection application; 2. Sampling; 3. Site inspection and quarantine; 4. Laboratory testing; 5. Issuing certificate.
