Sponsored by Hangzhou Municipal People??s Government and organized by Hangzhou Municipal Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau, International Outsourcing Business Development Summit was held in Zhejiang Narada Grand Hotel on October 27. It is renowned as a global outsourcing feast to open the service door of China later Olympic area. It is learned that International Association of Outsourcing Professionals™ (IAOP), with 40,000 corporate, professional, and associate members worldwide, came to China for the first time. The summit won the great support from the Department of Foreign Investment Administration, the Ministry of Commerce of the People??s Republic of China, International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, Bearingpoint and other prestigious international outsourcing consultation institutions. The business leaders, outsourcing experts, bidding issuers and the high-ranking officers from the financial and investment institutions from the multinational companies of USA, Japan, Europe, India, etc., the representatives from the domestic outsourcing base cities, the high-ranking leaders from some renowned domestic outsourcing enterprises and the representatives from the outsourcing enterprises in Hangzhou, more than 300 persons, attended the summit. The opening ceremony was held by Tong Guili, the vice mayor. Cai Qi, the mayor, delivered speech first. Lin Zheying, the vice director of Department of Foreign Investment Administration, held in his speech that outsourcing will become the key spot for introducing foreign capital. Especially when we are in the global financial crisis, the development of outsourcing service shall be the breakthrough point for upgrade industries in China to build up the structure of common development for manufacture and service industry. The well-known outsourcing experts at home and abroad delivered speeches on the revolution and development trend of global financial outsourcing, the business practice and idea of Chinese financial outsourcing providers, the successful global outsourcing modes, the business practice and significance of establishing global outsourcing delivery center in China, etc. The summit awarded prizes such as Best Business Practice Prize for Promoting International outsourcing Development on the summit. Hangzhou was awarded with the special prize of Best City for International Financial Outsourcing Development; Hundsun Electronic Co., Ltd., Insigma Technology Co.,Ltd., and Daofu Information Technical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd., the flagship outsourcing enterprises in Hangzhou, won the prize of Best Business Practice Prize for Promoting International Outsourcing Development, Best Business Practice Prize for Promoting International Financial Outsourcing Development, Best Business Practice Prize for Promoting International IT and Software Outsourcing Development and Best Business Practice Prize for Promoting International Outsourcing Cooperation and Development respectively.
