Vice Director Jia Guoyong attends the Opening Ceremony of Costa Rica Business Week and delivers a speech

Costa Rica Business Week, which was hosted by The Foreign Trade Corporation of Costa Rica opened in Beijing on May 5th. The related leaders from both sides were invited to attend the opening ceremony and made a welcome speech, they were respectively the Foreign Minister of Costa Rica Marco Vinicio Ruiz, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary H.E.Mr. Antonio Burgues, Vice Director of Department of American and Oceanian Affairs of MOFCOM Wang Hongbo, Director of Investment Promotion Agency of MOFCOM Liu Yajun and the Vice Director of TDB of MOFCOM Jia Guoyong. Meanwhile about 80 entrepreneur representatives from both side were present at the opening ceremony.

The Business Week would last for 4 days concluding a series of business activities such as exhibitions, negotiation meetings, forums, coffee making shows and etc. It would be an important business convention for Costa Rica government to display their featured products to the Chinese enterprises and at the same time help the Costa Rica enterprises to know and develop the Chinese market.
