Announcement No.81, 2008 of MOFCOM, Promulgating Import Volume, Distribution Rules, and Applying Procedures of Tariff Quotas of Chemical Fertilizer in 2009

In accordance with Administrative Measures on Commodity Import and Export of the People’s Republic of China and related commitment for the WTO entry, the import volume, distribution rules and applying procedures of chemical fertilizer in 2009 are now announced. All qualified chemical fertilizer importers may apply to import administrations on import industrial products authorized by Ministry of Commerce or directly apply to Ministry of Commerce. Ministry of Commerce will accept applications from Oct 10 to Nov 10, 2008.
