On December 12, <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /> Shanghai base of the Ministry of Commerce Promotion Center of Industry Shift was officially operated, and on the same day, Anhui province held the project match-making meeting for undertaking industry shift in Shanghai . In recent years, Anhui closely takes the two historic opportunities, namely central China rising and Undertaking industry shift, to strongly implement eastern development strategy, making integration into Yangtze River Delta the major orientation of wider opening up to the outside world and solicitation of investment the major hand grab to promote industry upgrading, to strongly lift the open economic level. Currently, division of work and cooperation of the development of pan-Yangtze River delta is turning the common sense into concurrent operation, and industries in the Yangtze River delta is stepping up shift to Anhui province, whose location advantage is changing into development and open advantage, resource advantage into the advantage of industrial development and advantage of science and education into advantage of innovative development.
