Sichuan Foreign Investment Status from January to November

From January to November, 2008, Sichuan totally checked and approved 237 foreign-invested projects with increase or decrease of capital and realized the contractually net increase capital of USD2.68774b, up by 128.02% year-on-year, accounting for 46.03% of the province's contractual foreign capital of foreign investment, increasing 12.61 percentage points from the same period last year. Among them, projects with increase of capital amounted to 202 (including share transferring projects from Chinese side to foreign side), with increased capital of USD2.81095b, up by 126.12% year-on-year; projects with decrease of capital 35, with decreased capital of USD123.21m.
