In accordance with Provisional Measures on Administration of Import Tariff Quotas of Agricultural Products (Decree No.4, 2003 of Ministry of Commerce and National Development and Reform Commission), Detailed Rules for Application and Distribution of Import Tariff Quotas of Sugar in 2009 is formulated and now released to the public.
