Senior analists of Gartner and some vendors, such as EDS, Accenture, TPI, Bearpoint, American Bank, made a deep analysis in the fields of overseas outsourcing trends, preparation of vendor and other fields. Meanwhile, government officials, service outsourcing model area, domestic and overseas companies, international vendors participated the round table.
