On behalf of the Ministry of Information Industry, Xiao Hua, Director of Electronic Information Products Management Department signed the contract with other 11 units who jointly undertake the projects. The platform is relying on the “The Public Service platform of Software and Information Outsourcing”, built by the Ministry of Information Industry Software and Integrated Circuit Promotion Center (CSIP), as well as the one built by some cities, such as Dalian, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin and other 6 cities. Upon completion, the
National
Center
and 10 local centers interoperate and share information so as to work together for public support service of
China
's software and information industry.
As a unit undertakes a public platform of software and information services outsourcing, Tianjin National Software Export Base sign the contract. Li Pengyue, director of Tianjin Municipal Science and Technology Commission, and Lijian, director of ianjin Municipal Informatization Office, attended the signing ceremony.
