Software Outsourcing Training Project Jointly Organized by the State Development and Reform Commission and Microsoft has Started

Software outsourcing training project jointly organized by the State Development and Reform Commission and Microsoft started in Beijing on January 22, 2008. The training project will take place in 11 countries throughout the software industry bases and six national software export bases in full swing. The projects focus on the training of .Net platform software development skills software and Software project management to the technical personnel and project management staff in the domestic software enterprises. The software training project symbolized that Microsoft actively perform the MoU on cooperation in the software industry signed with the State Development and Reform Commission. Xu Qin, Director of the State Development and Reform Commission, senior vice president of Microsoft's worldwide, Zhang Yaqin, president of Microsoft (China) Company Ltd., attended the launching ceremony of the training program. Representatives from Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Dalian, Hangzhou national software export bases and the software industry base participate in the launching ceremony of the project.
After the startup of the project, the State Development and Reform Commission - Microsoft software training courses will be expand in six national software export bases and Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Chengdu, and other 11 national software industry bases.
The training project is designed for software technical personnel in domestic software enterprises by Microsoft, including .Net platform software development skills training and software project management training. The former focus on the software development personnel in domestic software enterprises, the latter mainly focus on the experienced project manager in domestic software enterprises. Trainees who have completed training courses can use Microsoft's development tools, technology, and have capacity of Visual Studio 2005 platform architecture design. The Microsoft Visual Studio 2005 technology and experiments which close to the actual case will play a positive role in guiding the implementation of specific projects.
