[Imports Licensing] Ministry of Commerce Promulgates Measure for the Administra

For the purpose of regulating administration of import and export License of dual-use items and technologies, precursor chemicals, computers and controlled chemicals etc. under the management of import and export License of dual-use items and technologies, shall conform to the provision of Measure for the Administration of Import and Export License of Dual-Use Items and Technologies (No.29 decree in 2005) promulgated by Ministry of Commerce

This provision shall enter into force on August 5, 2008.
