[Anti-dumping ] Ministry of Commerce of People's Republic of China Takes Anti-Du

        Ministry of Commerce decide to take anti-dumping investigation on imported adipic acid originated from Korea, the European Union and the United States since November 10, 2008

         The investigations period on anti-dumping is from July 1,2007 to June 30, 2008 and the investigation period on industry injury is from January 1, 2005 to June 30, 2008.

        Scope of investigation: imported adipic acid originated from Korea, European Union and the United States

         Products under investigation: Adipic acid( AA in short)

         The tariffs code is 29171200 in Customs Imported and Exported Tariffs of People's Republic of China

         This investigation will be put into pratice on November 10, 2008 and should be finished before November 10,2009. The term can be extend to May 10,2010 in special circumstances.
