[Tariffs Changes ] Notice on Adjustment of VAT Rate on Mineral Product in Import

Approved by State Council, China carries out VAT reform and adjusts the rate of VAT on mineral product. Since January 1, 2009, rates of VAT on mineral product listed in the attached document are raised from 13% to 17%.
