[Tariffs Changes ] Resource Tax Amount Adjustment for Part of Minerals from Oct.

Notice was dispatched by Ministry of Finance and State Administration of Taxation that amount standard of resource tax for part of mineral products such as diatomite and jade， etc. should be adjusted. The tax standard after adjustment is as follows： RMB20/t for diatomite and jade， RMB15/t for phosphorus rock， 10RMB/t for bentonitic clay， zeolite and perlite.

For all we know， the purpose of this tax amount adjustment is to give further play to the regulation effect of resource tax and thus promote the conservation of mining and utilization of the above described mineral products.
