[Industry Alert] Ministry of Commerce Will Take Seven Measures to Promote the Im

Yesterday, the director of industry department in Ministry of Commerce introduced seven measures to promote electromechanical product trade including six measures for promoting export and one measure to promoting import.
Those measures Ministry of Commerce plan to take include the export rebate for comprehensive usage, credit for import and export and insurance etc; supporting the export of independent intellectual property and independent branded product, complete sets of equipments，high added-value and labor intensive products; supporting the research and development of key and common technology in important enterprises, so as to promote the export structure optimization; offering all-round service for enterprise with strength and orders when receiving orders, contract, after sale service and safety fund receive; supporting the research and development of technology, examination, product certification, information service and training for auto export base and technology innovation base.
In addition, Ministry of Commerce will strengthen the recommendation of important enterprises: supporting enterprise to join in and hold exhibition in emerging market for trademark registration and quality authentication; supporting enterprise to develop distribution network outward and set branches for sales after service; releasing the financial problems for minor enterprise, introducing financing guarantee organization to offer financing guarantee for small and medium-sized enterprise, enlarging the scale of credit financing guarantee and absorbing the foreign insurance company with good condition to join in the operation of short time insurance; promoting the export of complete set equipment; further completing the incentive policy and measures for supporting credit of complete set equipment, insurance and settlement of exchange; enhancing the export of advanced technology, key equipment sand components; focusing on releasing the control of America and Europe when they export product to China; promoting the facility construction of trade.
For the export of electromechanical product and new high-tech product in 2009, Zhang Ji says: 60% of export electromechanical products are directly or indirectly face to the market of America, European Union and Japan. If those three large markets decline more, it is difficult to make up the lost through other markets and increasing export to emerging market and developing country also becomes to a problem.
