4. Implement Special Preferential Tariff Rate on most Undeveloped Countries
In 2009, the customs will continue to implement Special Preferential Tariff Rate on certain imported leather products to some of the most undeveloped countries in Africa; East-Union members of the kingdom of Cambodia, the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, the People’s Republic of Bangladesh; the Republic of Yemen, the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, the Republic of Maldives, the Independent State of Samoa etc..
5. Implement 20% export tariff on Dried Hides and Skins of Swine
In 2009, the customs will continue to impost 20% export tariff on Dried Hides and Skins of Swine with the tariff code of 41039011 and 41039019.
