1. Europe&Mediterraneans: The rates are still going down. The service line to Europe cooperating by WHL and PIL will be canceled from the beginning of Dec.
2. Caribbean Sea and Latin America: Carriers are lack of cargo support seriously.
3. Special rates can be applied when firm consignment available. It's said the average rates will continue to decline in Dec.
4. Afirca: Rates are going down on different levels for different destinations.
5. Southeast Asia: The rates are changing frequently.
6. Middle East and ISC area: The same situation as other lanes. PIL and KLINE are offering very low rates.
