1. PSS for Japan has been canceled since Nov. 17.
2. All the carriers will reduce the rates for all destinations again from Dec. It's necessary to confirm the rates with carriers before loading due to the frequently changing rates.
3. MAERSK decides to change the vessel routing to Red Sea due to the Somali pirate. Then the transit time to Red Sea ports is estimated to be extended by 10 days.
