Guangzhou: CSAV Lauched New Service from Huangpu to Bandar Abbas

1. Southeast Asia: There's plenty of space available with declining rates.
2. Middle East and Red Sea: The basic O/F rates were reduced again in this week. CSAV launched a new service from Huangpu to Bandar Abbas.
3. Europe&Mediterraneans: Short of export cargo makes the rates reduced again. BAF and CAF will be reduced dramatically in Dec.
4. Oceania: BAF is reduced again together with the basic O/F.
5. Africa: all the carriers reduced their rates in the market.
6. Caribbean Sea and Latin America: Some carriers stopped to charge OWS.
