3. Oceania: Still short of export volume. The rates are reduced again.
4. Southeast Asia: Some carriers like CNC and RCL have very low rates in the market.
5. Middle East and ISC area: The rates keep declining. HANJIN's rates are the most competitve amongst all the carriers.
