Ningbo: The Export Volume Hasn't Resume

1. Southeast Asia: The basic ocean freight rates are still declining. But the surcharges are increased. BAF is USD90/TEU, CAF is USD15/20', USD25/40'.
2. Middle East and ISC area: The broken space situation is going on without any significant change.
3. Europe&Mediterraneans: Even though the basic ocean freight rates are seriously reduced together with BAF and CAF, the export volume hasn't shown any evidence of rebounce.
4. Oceania: The basic ocean freight rates haven't changed much while the surcharges are reduced.
5. North America: Another round of reduction on rates begins.
