Appraising of Shanghai Manufacturers of Quantificational Packaging Goods,
chopped by the applying entity, and apply to the Measurement Department of
Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervising Bureau
Processing Procedures:
1. The processing authority accept the application
and examine the documents
2. Entrust technical institution to check the net
content
3. Entrust appraising team to make appraisement on every item
according to Measurement Guarantee Ability Appraising Form of Manufacturers of
Quantificational Packaging Goods, and issue Measurement Appraising Report
afterwards.
4. The processing authority will audit the Measurement Appraising
Report of Shanghai Manufacturers of Quantificational Packaging Goods, and make
decisions of issuing certificate, or requiring restructuring, or not issuing
certificates.

1. Measurement appraising training class
(free will attending): RMB 800
2. Measurement appraising fee: RMB 800 for
middle-sized enterprise, RMB 500 for small enterprise

Time Limit for Processing:
No more than 90 working days from accepting
the application to issuing the certificate (delay of the enterprise and
restructuring time are not included). If the measurement assessing result
indicates the necessity to restructure, the applying enterprise is allowed to
restructure within 1 month.
Qualified Application Subject:
1. Independent juridical person
qualification;
2. The quantificational packaging goods has close relationship
with people's life;
3. No quality flaw or illegal measuring activities within
1 year.
