Note: When submitting documents to
the measurement authority of the government, the application should be two
copies, while other documents should be one copy each. No photocopies are
allowed (except for special requirements).
Processing Procedures:
1. After the processing
authority receives the Measurement Cognizance Application Form, related
documents and application fee, it will notify the applicant whether the
application is accepted or not.
2. The processing authority will entrust
measurement cognizance appraising team to have fieldwork appraisal on the
applicants.
3. The processing authority will audit the appraising report and
corresponding documents submitted by the appraising team, and make decisions. If
the applicant need restructuring, the processing authority will affirm the
restructuring information and issue certificate for the qualified
enterprises.
Charging Standard & Basis:
(1) Application Fee:
RMB 1000
(2) Costs of the certificate: RMB 10
(3) Publishing Fee: RMB 1000
for five years for the enterprise, and RMB 300 for five years for each
item
(4) Fieldwork appraising fee for the experts: please contact the
entrusted intermediary institution.

as the independent third party.

qualification
3. The item applied has effective laws, regulations, domestic
or international standard or criterion as operating standards and basis.

The assessing ability meets the required level of the domestic or international
standard or criterion or industrial standards.
5. Has organizations, staff,
field, inspecting equipment and instrument, and quality guarantee measures that
meet the requirement of measurement cognizance.
