measuring instruments and major auxiliary equipments within the validity period

records of the standard measuring instrument (random sample) and assessing
certificate

inspecting or assessing comparison record of the standard measuring instrument
between two periods.
Standard of counterchecking: The entity should apply for
counterchecking 6 months before the Measuring Standard Certificate is expired.
Otherwise, the entity need take procedures as new applications.
Processing Procedures:
1. The processing authority accept the
application;
2. The entrusted intermediary organization will take on the
assessing tasks. Normally, each project will have one measuring standard
examinant;
3. The examinant will provide assessing report and assessing
opinion;
4. The intermediary organization will audit the report and chop it,
then submit to the processing authority;
5. The processing authority audit
the assessing documents and make decisions;
6. Issue Measuring Standard
Certificate to the passer;
7. For the unqualified projects, the authority
will notify the applicant, explain the reason, and return all the applying
documents. For counterchecking projects, a cancellation procedure will be
taken.
Charging Standard & Basis:

counterchecking

Processing Time: Monday to Friday 8：30-17：00
Time Limit for Processing: Finish the certificate issuing work within 120
working days after accepting the application. If there is need to countercheck
and restructure, the time limit will postpone.
Qualified Application Subject:
1. The measuring standard need be assessed
by authorized measurement assessing institution;
2. Has required environment
for normal work, i.e. the environment and workplace need be equipped with
required temperature, humidity, dustproof, shockproof, rotproof, and
anti-jamming;
3. Has employable staff with the conserving, maintenance and
bestowing job, i.e. the measuring assessing staff need have corresponding
certificate for his assessing item;
4. Has complete managing mechanism,
including preserving, maintenance, and bestowing mechanism of the measuring
standard, periodic assessing system, technical criterion and relevant technical
filings.
