Product which has one of the following situations is not able to be
recommended:
1. Product using overseas brand
2. Product that is examined
to be unqualified products in the municipal quality supervising spot-check in
recent 2 years;
3. Product that falls into the administration scope of
manufacturing license, export quality license, manufacturing permission
certificate, safety cognizance, and measuring instrument manufacturing license,
yet has not acquired corresponding certificates or licenses;
4. Product that
has been reported strongly with quality flaws by users or consumers
