Processing Authority: Industrial Product Manufacturing License Office of Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervising Bureau (shortened as Shanghai License Office)

Application Formality: according to regulations of the detail rules of the products

Processing Procedure:

1. The municipal quality and technical supervising bureau issue the notice of certificate changing (or issuing), and organize the publicizing meeting;

2. The enterprise that meets applying requirements should take relevant documents and make application to Shanghai License Office;

3. Shanghai License Office audits the applying documents and issues Notice of Application Acceptance to qualified applicants;

4. The enterprises make payments of applying fee.

5. Shanghai License Office will organize appraisement work on producing facilities and product quality of the applicants according to the Detail Rules of Implementation.

Charging Standard & Basis:

Standard: RMB 510 per item for urban area and RMB 750 per item for rural area

Enterprise for trial production: Shanghai License Office will organize appraising and auditing work on the applicant within 2 months after issuing the application acceptance notice.

(2) Testing reports of overall performance of the product quality

(3) Other documents required by laws and regulations
