Processing Procedures:
1. Register in the industrial & commercial
administration authorities and get the business license
2. Apply to Shanghai
Engineering Equipment Supervision Administrating Office for the qualification of
engineering equipment supervision and professional business scope
3. Shanghai
Engineering Equipment Supervision Association take initial examination on the
submitted documents and accept the qualified applications and fill in formal
application form
4. Shanghai Engineering Equipment Supervision Association
will provide pre-examining opinion within 20 working days after receiving the
formal application form, and submit the opinion to Shanghai Engineering
Equipment Supervision Administrating Office.
5. Shanghai Engineering
Equipment Supervision Administrating Office will make approving decisions on the
qualified applicants within 10 working days after receiving the pre-examining
opinion, and issue certificate of engineering equipment supervision
qualification. For those unqualified applicants, the office will make decision
of not approving the qualification and notify the applicants in written
form.

Time Limit for Processing:
Finish the work of issuing certificate within
30 working days since acceptance of the application. Any counterchecking and
restructure happens, the time limit will be postponed.
Qualified Application Subject:
1. Has professional employees whose
qualification suit the requirements. For partnership engineering equipment
supervision organization, the partner should be registered and certified
supervising engineer. Supervision organization with other formation should have
at least 5 registered and certified supervising engineers.
2. Has track
record which fit the requirements of the applied qualification.
3. Has fixed
work place for undertaking business and required supervision technical
equipment.
4. Has bylaw for engineering equipment supervision.
5. The
registered capital meets relevant requirement.
