Application Formality:

1. Registration of new pressure container (not used yet)

(1) Product eligible certificate;

(2) Product quality certificate;

(3) Drawings of finished product;

(4) Quality Safety Supervising Certificate of Product Manufacturing issued by relevant authority;

(5) Imported pressure container should have Safety Performance Supervising Reports on Boiler and Pressure Container of People's Republic of China, audited and chopped by Shanghai municipal safety supervising institution of boiler and pressure container;

(6) 2 copies of Registration Form of Using Pressure Container (filled).

2. Registration of pressure container on duty

(1) Testing report and records of the pressure container on duty;

(2) 2 copies of Registration Form of Using Pressure Container (filled);

(3) Testing reports on safety accessories;

(4) Rules on safety operation.

Processing Procedures:

1. The applicant makes application to the processing authority with relevant documents;

2. Audit the documents;

3. Enrolling, registering, and certificating;

Charge Standard & Basis:

Standard: Certificate of Using: RMB 5 per unit

Registration Plate: RMB 2 per unit
