Application Formality:

1. Basic requirements:

(1) The boiler should be produced by licensed manufacturer;

(2) The design of the stokehold shall be approved;

(3) The boiler should be installed by licensed enterprise;

(4) The boiler should be appraised to be eligible;

(5) Enough stokers are equipped.

2. Documents for application:

(1) Opinion paper on stokehold;

(2) Constructing registration form of the boiler installing enterprise;

(3) Boiler technology registration book (filled);

(4) Initial examining report of the boiler;

(5) Operating status examining report of the boiler;

(6) Water quality examining report of the boiler;

(7) Fuel (Gas) Boiler debug report;

(8) Water processing equipment debug report;

(9) Certificate of the stokers and water quality testing staff (copies);

(10) Relevant safety managing system of the enterprises that using boilers.

Processing Procedures:

1. After installing and appraising the boilers, the enterprise should make the registration procedures with relevant documents;

2. The processing authority audit the documents;

3. Take registration procedures and issue Boiler Using Registration Certificate.
