Processing Authorities: Shanghai New Products Appraising Administrating Office (shortened as Appraising Administrating office, installed at Technology and Education Department of Shanghai Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau)

Application Formalities: the applicant shall be the organization which passes national or municipal measuring authentication, and is equipped with relevant organization structures, personnel, instrument and equipment, and suitable environment that satisfy the requirement of Shanghai Administrating Regulation on New Products Appraising Institution.

5. The Appraising Administrating Office will collect and re-check the opinions of the experts in the auditing team and report to Shanghai Economic Commission for approval.
