Handling Procedure:

１. Letter of appliction signed by the legal representative of non-domestic and foreign enterprises to engage in budgetary estimate consulting service. Letter of invitation from the construction company.

２. Valid business license issued by supervising authority where the enterprise is registered. (Approved translation version shall be proided.)

３. Capital credit proof provided by financial institutions.

４. Resume and copy of ID card of major responsible staff and key technical staff sent to Shanghai

５. Name list of technical staff.

６. Means of contact.

７. Business address, zip code and telephone.

８. Other relevant documents.
