２. Business License.

３. Articles of Association (for the application of Grade A qualification)

４. Introduction of the supervision work done in the past three years.

５. Resume of legal representative and key technical staff. Copy of their vocational certificate.

６. Name and vocational certificate copy of key supervising staff.

Name and vocational certificate copy of major professional staff.
