Handling Procedure:

１. Application form signed by legal representative of the prospecting and designing company.

２. Business license.

３. Articles of association of the enterprise (for the application of Grade A qualification)

４. Resume and copy of ID card and qualification certificate of legal person and major technical staff.

５. Name, ID card, education certificate and qualification certificate (copies) of key technical staff.

６. Copy of qualification certificate of major registered professionals.

２. "Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Prospecting and Designing Enterprise Qualification", (Decree No. 93 of the Ministry of Construction)

During of Procedure: Local level approval (not including the approval of the Ministry of Construction) is twenty working days
