Checking on the Permit of Animal Feed Additive and Additive Pre-preparation Feed

Procedure:  The applicant shall be prepared in terms of staff, production venue, production equipment, quality inspection, management and hygiene, and fill out application form, draw factory layout and production flow.

Handling Procedure:

????The applicant shall collect and fill out "Application Form for the Permit on the Production of Animal Feed Additive and Additive Pre-prepare Feed". The form should be submitted with other relevant documents to Office of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Animal Feed. Office of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Animal Feed will set up an inspection team to carry out on-spot inspection in accordance with "Comprehensive Checking and Inspection Form of Animal Feed Additive and Additive Pre-prepare Feed Production". If approved, Office of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Animal Feed will submit the documents to Ministry of Agriculture for approval. If approved, production permit will be issued to the applicant.

Duration of Handling: Office of Shanghai Municipality on the Administration of Animal Feed will decide on whether to accept the application within five working days after the receipt of all the documents. On-spot checking and inspection will be carried out within twenty days. The application will be submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture if approved. The production permit is valid for five years. If the production enterprise wants to continue the production, it should submit the application once again six months before the expiry of the permit.

Qualification of Applicants: The enterprise shall meet basic requirements in terms of staff, production venue, production equipment, quality inspection, management system and environment hygiene.
