The enterprise in one trade shall file its standard for record at the appropriate leading department of trade standards. For other enterprises in Shanghai, those registered in the Municipal Industrial and Commercial Bureau shall register at the Municipal Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau, and those registered in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau in districts or counties shall register at the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau in districts and counties.
