20th round of tests shows liquid milk meets melamine restriction

AQSIQ has implemented the 22th batch of melamine sample tests on major liquid milk brands in national markets. The samples were drawn from 32 cities including Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin, Daqing, Changchun, Dalian, Liaoyang, Tieling, Taiyuan, Jinan, Qingdao, Zibo, Nanjing, Yangzhou, Changzhou, Hangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen, Sanming, Nanping, Nanchang, Hefei, Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Xi??n, Yinchuan, Wuzhong, Dali, and Guiyang. All the 446 batches of liquid milk including sour milk, pasteurized milk and sterilized milk of 72 brands including Mengniu, Yili, Guangming, Sanyuan, Wandashan, Weigang and Yinqiao comply with temporary administrative melamine limits regulation. So far, AQSIQ has drawn 11231 batches of liquid milk of 190 brands produced after Sep. 14 from the markets of 52 cities in 28 major liquid milk production provinces including Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Anhui, Fujian, Jiangxi, Shandong, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Chongqing, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Ningxia, and Xinjiang, and all samples meet the requirements of liquid milk temporary administrative melamine limits regulation.
