Liaoning CIQ and Hei Longjiang CIQ signed Liaoning Rusia fruits and vegetables inspection and quarantine cooperated memo at Dalian on October 20 in order to improve the service effectiveness and foreign trade as well as ensure the quality safety of the Russia exported fruits and vegetables.
