Korea Launches New Version of Phytosanitary Certificate

Recently, Korea National Plant Quarantine Bureau has been addressed to General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People?? Republic of China (AQSIQ). Due to its domestic sector reform, from August 1 2008 Korea launches new version of phytosanitary certificate. Meanwhile, the certificates issued before July 31 are still valid. New certificate has been modified in the following two areas:
1. Authorities.
The authorities of the new version of the phytosanitaray certificate by the legacy of ??inistry of Agriculture and Forestry??to ??inistry of Food, Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries?? In addition, the new seal currently remains the original.
2. Place of Issue.
New version of the phytosanitary certificate ??lace of Issue??section content from a legacy of the Issuing Office will be re-routed actual locations. For example, a legacy of the column content is ??eonnan Regional Office, Korea??(Korean Extended south regional offices), then ??Incheon Korea??(Korea Renchuan).
New versions of the phytosanitary certificate samples have been placed on the general foreign official quarantine certificates analysis and verification recognition system.
