Brazil enact draft resolution on (Azoxystrobin)

On August 15, 2008, National Health Surveillance Agency Brazil ??ANVISA enact draft resolution on Azoxystrobin.

The technology resolution has amended NO.165 resolution of August 29, 2003 which would put the Azoxystrobin into the using of eggplant. (MRL:0.05mg/kg, security date: 3 days).

The resolution has amended the security date of 7 days and the MRL would be 0.5mg/kg; Change the MRL of soybean to 0.03 mg/kg and the MRL of papaya to 0.3 mg/kg; The security date of strawberry would be 1 day. This resolution would take effect from October 2008.
