Peru Holds APEC Food Safety Management System and Risk Analysis Workshop Ceremon

APEC Food Safety Management System and Risk Analysis Workshop which hosted by China AQSIQ was ceremoniously held in Cusco (Peru) on 6th, August. The workshop is the first time to host international food safety meeting abroad since China AQSIQ was established. Far-ranging attentions and supports are obtained from members of APEC. Over 100 representatives who came from the governments and enterprises of 14 member economic communities attended to the workshop, including the U.S.A., Australia, Chile, Peru, ROK, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Philippine, Mexico, China Taipei, Papua New Guinea and China. Every community communicated with each other on the circumstances of food safety management system and the risk analysis on the policy formulating. Three experts from WTO, CAC and OIE had been invited to give speeches on the food safety management and risk analysis issue.
