[2008-12-23 16:55:18]
On June 6, CNAS issues national accreditation certificate to Anti-doping Center of General Administration of Sports of China which is responsible for 2008 Olympic doping control. That is an important part of CNAS welcoming the first International Accreditation Day on June 9, and an important work of CNAS directly providing accreditation service for Beijing Olympics.
CNAS is approved and authorized by CNCA, and it is the only national accreditation body of China responsible for accreditation of laboratories. According to the requirements of IOC and world anti-doping bodies, the testing work of anti-doping centers must gain national accreditation. So far, all Olympic doping control projects of Anti-doping Center of GASC have gained national accreditation.
