AQSIQ raises new requirements on 7 building products for post-earthquake reconst

Recently, AQSIQ has raised emergency requirements of ??our firsts and two frees??on 7 building products for post-earthquake reconstruction all over quality inspection system. According to the requirements, all system should realize production license green channel for post-earthquake reconstruction building materials. Building materials include steel (cold, hot), cement, steel products for pre-stressed concrete, waterproof materials, buildings??exterior windows, wire and cable. For enterprises In quake-hit areas producing those 7 kinds of products, if the license has expired, the valid time of the license can be extended to December 31, 2008. The enterprises can continue production during the extended period. The license work for those enterprises should be fast and simplified, implementing the principle of ??our firsts?? accept first, check up first, inspect first and issue license first. No enterprises in quake-hit areas producing those 7 kinds of products should be charged for inspection or check up fees when applying for new producing license.
