(Documents should be submitted when the receivers apply to the commodity inspection authorities for entry declaration.)
Documents for Entry Inspection Declaration:
1.The applicants should fill out the??Inspection Declaration From for Entry Commodities?? and submit the contract, invoice, packing list, bill of lading, the??Commodities Arrival Notice?? and other related documents.
2.According to the requirements of inspection and quarantine, other related special documents should be submitted (such as the ??Registration Certificate for Old Machinery Electrical Equipments??, etc.)
Documents for Exit Inspection Declaration:
1.The applicants should fill out the ??Inspection Declaration Form for Exit Commodities?? and submit the contract with producers, the contract with abroad purchasers, bill of credit, the original inspection document issued by the producers, and other related documents.
2.With respect to exit inspection declaration of certificate replacement, The applicants, by means of submitting the ??Document for Exit Commodities Certificate Replacement?? or the ??Bill of Exit Commodities Certificate Replacement?? both issued by the origin inspection authorities, can apply for the ??Customs Release Certificate for Exit Commodities??.
3.For dangerous commodities Exportation, the applicants must submit the??Consequent Performance Testing Certificate of the Packages and Containers for Exit Commodities?? and the ??Consequent Employment Testing Certificate of the Packages and Containers for Exit Commodities??.
4.According to the requirement of inspection and quarantine, other related special documents should be submitted (for example, the ??Registration Certificate for import and export battery products)
