Crandall named president of Savi Group

Mountain View, Calif.-based supply chain technology firm Savi Group on Wednesday said Myles Crandall has been named president. Crandall assumes full operational and strategic leadership responsibility of Savi Group, and maintains his position as Savi Group's chief operating officer, a position he has held since April. Prior to joining Savi, Crandall served as vice president of strategic planning at Lockheed Martin Space Systems Co. He also worked for three years at Bechtel Corp., where he served as a principal vice president as well as president of Bechtel's civil/water global industry units. Savi Group, a subsidiary of Bethesda, Md.-based Lockheed Martin, is the parent firm of Savi Technology and Savi Logistics Systems, and a partner with Hutchison Port Holdings in Savi Networks.
