K- Line has announced that it is joining the Central-China/Red Sea (CRS) service currently operated by Hapag Lloyd (HL) and Wan Hai Lines (WHL).
The overall capacity and port rotation of the CRS service remains the same with a total of six 1,200 TEU type vessels. The port rotation is: Shanghai > Ningbo > Hong Kong > Shekou > Singapore > Port Kelang > Jeddah > Aqabah > Hodeidah > Port Kelang > Singapore > Hong Kong > Shanghai. The first sailing of this new joint service will depart Shanghai on February 20th. K-Line??s present RSS service operates on the basis of 49-day round-trip voyage, deploying seven 2,000 TEU type vessels on the following port rotation: Shanghai > Ningbo > Hong Kong > Shekou > Singapore > Aden > Jeddah > Aqabah > Ain Sokhna > Aden > Singapore > Lam Chabang > Shekou > Shanghai. |
