The colloquium on suggestion solicitation for the Revision Draft of the Implementation Rules for the Patent Law of the People's Republic of China was convened in Qingdao,
Shandong
province on Wednesday.
Related leaders from the Legal Affairs Department under State Intellectual Property Office introduced the background, processes and main contents of the Implementation Rules as well as the revised purpose and significance of related articles. In line with the practical work, participants raised their opinions and suggestions on the Implementation Rules from the views of patent administrative management and protection, judicial protection, patent management of enterprises and public institutions, and patent agency business. 30 representatives from patent authorities, judicial organs and key enterprises and public institutions of Shandong took part in the colloquium. |
