4.9 billion yuan locked in patent contracts in first 3Q in Beijing

Big dollar contracts involving patented technologies surged in Beijing from January to September 2008, according to the Beijing Technology Market Regulatory Office on October 20.  The 501 deals closed hauled in more than 4.9 billion yuan, nearly quadrupling over the same period last year. 

The specific numbers for January- September 2008 are: 501 deals closed, up 3.39%; 4.9 billion yuan in turnover, up 3.92 times and representing 6.33% of all types of technology contracts.  Breakdowns in types of patents are: 192 inventions, 1.36 billion yuan in turnover, 27.51% of all patented technology contracts; 305 utility models, 3.562 billion yuan, 72.06%; 4 designs, 21 million yuan, 0.42%.  (by Liu Ren)

前三季度北京专利技术合同成交额逾49亿元

本报讯  10月20日，记者从北京技术市场管理办公室获悉，2008年1月至9月，北京专利技术合同成交额增长显著，成交专利501件，成交额达４9亿多元，比去年同期增长近4倍。

统计数据显示，2008年1月至9月份成交专利501件，比上年同期增长3.39%；成交额达49亿多元，比去年增长了3.92倍，占技术合同成交总额的比重为6.33%。其中，成交发明专利192件，成交额13.60亿元，占专利技术合同成交额的比重为27.51%；实用新型专利305件，成交额35.62亿元，占72.06%。外观设计专利4件，成交额0.21亿元，占0.42％。（刘 仁）
