The inaugural annual summer meeting of the World Economic Forum (WEF) was opened in the coastal Dalian City of Liaoning Province on September 6. Standing Member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee and Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao reiterated there that China will not change its open-up policy and will endeavor to create a better environment including intensifying IPR protection for global enterprises, in particular those burgeoning ones.
